Appalachian State University International Student Recruitment Plan
International Education Marketing and Recruiting
This is a group project for International Education Marketing and Recruiting course. We create a recruitment plan for Appalachian State University (Boone, N.C.) to recruit degree-seeking students form South and Southeast Asia.
Through this project, I understand how to make decisions as a manager in educational organizations responsible for defininig and operation recruiting and marketing strategies according to the university's mission. From the decision-making process, I learned how to identify and evaluate target market opportunities, create and delievr marketing and recruiting programs to meet target customer's needs and seize opportunities to drive organizational revenue streams.

Alpha Uinversity Budget Project
Budgeting in International Organizations
In our budget team we work on the budget for Student Support Service of Alpha University. We did four group projects during the semster, including: Identification of specific budget elements; Prepartion of budget proposal; Mid-year Correction and Fiscal year plan.
Through this course, I understand budget elements, the role of the budget manager, and the phases of the budget cycle. I also learned to recognize the variables involved in budget management. Furthermore, I am able to apply obtained competencies on a budget team for a program, department, or organization.

Organzational Profile Poster Presentation:
Education First (EF)
Principles and Practices of International Education
This is an individual work for Principles and Practices of Internatioal Education to present an educational organiztion. I introduced Education First (EF) for this poster presentation. I used a tri-folder posterboard to present and the content include the mission, services, organizational structure, program costs, public/private, size, types of staff positions, new directions, areas of focus for the organization, evidence of effectiveness of their services, etc. In addition to this, I also included the organization offers interesting internship or career opportunities.
